Our Packages are customize to fit your event so that you get just what you need. We work with clients with small to large events and every event is NOT the same! We have put together everything that you would expect, want, or need from a top of the line entertainment company into your event and would love to send you a Quote right now.  To see what activities are done for your type of event please see our Type of Events page and these can be customized with our online planner.

We carry all the latest hits, some even before they are played on the radio, your best of the oldies, we bring a variety for all tastes. We gladly take requests, both before and during the event itself! We have incredible wall to wall sound, and a rock star light show.  With great emcees available for any event.

Understanding Our Sound

Our goal on our sound packages is quality sound that is at the right volume at the right time that fits both the size of the room and the number of guests.

Standard Sound
A 2 speaker set up with a single amplify running the system that is great for indoor and smaller events.
 (For 250 or less in guest count, indoors and standard room sizes)

Premium Sound
For most events we recommend our Premium Sound Package. This sound system accommodates groups of 150 to 500 people. It is a bi-amplified system with 2 top speakers for mid range and high sounds and 2 subwoofers for lows. It is like turning on you subwoofer with your surround sound system at home.  It makes the explosions sound much richer and fuller. (For 100 to 500 in guest count, indoor/outdoor events and standard to large  room sizes)

Colossal Sound
For larger events our Colossal Sound Package is the best way to go. This sound system will easily contend with groups of over 400 without making you event sound like a bad rock concert. Made up of 4 top speakers and 4 subwoofers to give you the quality needed for larger events.
(For 400 and up in guest count, indoor/outdoor events and standard to large  room sizes)

Our packages our designed for Major Events. All Packages included the basic needs to help in the success of your event no matter what the size of the event is.  The difference between the packages comes down to the size of the sound and lighting packages needed do to the size of the room and number of guests you are having.

TERMS

just to let you know...

H.E. cannot guarantee all requests, but we will do our best to play as many as possible. A list of requests sent with contract would be helpful. In the case of a cancellation or postponement, the CUSTOMER must notify H.E. at least thirty (30) days prior to the occasion date or the full payment will be due. If cancellation happens, the deposit is not refundable. H.E. reserves the right to substitute deejays or subcontract other services as needed with or without notification. The CUSTOMER must provide H.E. with a reasonably secure stage area with easy access, Three (3) operational AC outlets within twenty (20) feet of the stage area, a sturdy table, and two chairs. The CUSTOMER must provide safe and reasonably close parking. In order to prevent liability resulting from the accidental injury of any individual attending, H.E. reserves the right to deny any guests’ access to the stage area, sound system, recordings or equipment owned, leased or rented by H.E. In the event that the deejay believes that an unsafe situation exists, she/he will call upon the CUSTOMER to remedy the situation. If no action is taken on the part of the customer, the Dee-jay will cease operation until the situation is resolved, otherwise the Dee-jay has the permission of the CUSTOMER to remedy the situation in a manner to the discretion of the H.E. staff member in charge. At all times it is the sole responsibility of the CUSTOMER to keep his or her guests under control. H.E. will accept no responsibility for personal injury or the loss or damage of property of anyone attending. The CUSTOMER accepts complete responsibility for any damage to or theft of any recordings or equipment owned, leased or rented by H.E. during the deejay performance. Any and all pictures and video obtained by H.E. may be used at there own advertisement needs. H.E. requires a 30% down payment upon signing of the contract. The balance due is to be paid no later than two (2) weeks prior to occasion date. Acceptable methods of payment include CASH, CHECK, or MONEY ORDER, any and all Credit cards are taken only via the on-line planner.

Understanding Our Lighting

Our goal on our lighting packages is a great look that fits the style of the event, size of the room and number of guests.

Small Lighting
2 to 3 Analog Lights that just simple move with the music.
(For 150 or less in guest  count)

Standard Lighting
Our Standard Lighting Package is anything but standard! Using a 5 to 6-foot light trussing, using 5 to 6 fixtures, one being a spot light type light that changes colors the other being a flat mirrored light that changes colors, images, and tilts and pans to create movement.
(For 100 to 400 guest count.)

Premium Lighting
Our most Popular lighting package! The Premium Lighting Package is set on a 10 to 12-foot light trussing and is mainly intended to provide a club atmosphere to your event. It can handle almost any size event and is simply a doubling of the standard lighting package.
(If your event will have more than 200 to 800 in guests)

Ultimate Lighting
The Ultimate lighting package is designed for very large auditoriums and events. This 20 foot light trussing will deliver any and every lighting style you could ever want.
(If your event will have 600 or more in guests.)

Upgrades & Option Pricing

Extra Time

Hyper Entertainments offers the option of adding an extra time
 need and have no minimums or maxims.  We do prorate all time by the ½ hour and we do requirement for professional and  liability reasons is that our service starts at the time of guest arrival in to the performance area and that the extra time is booked 1 week before the event date.  All time add the night of will be viewed as overtime and can be an option if needed and available.

Glow Novelties

Glow necklaces are item we all know from our summer festivals that everyone goes crazy over. Our package includes 100 Assorted 8" Bracelets, 50  Assorted 22" Necklaces and 50 Assorted 4" Light Sticks.

Video Memories Montage

We have the resource to see that all you childhood and  life pictures and memories are put together in a video slide show to be presented at your event.

Video Package Set Up

Need the projector and Screen to show the video at your event, we can make it happen. We even have the DVD player if need.

Double Your Novelties

Having a large group, don’t think the basic Package is going to cover it. Double it!

Custom Novelties

Looking for something special? A different type of hat or sunglasses or what ever it may be our shop at Hyperparties.com is a great place to start to for your reception needs.  We even can help with the bridal shower and more!

Included in all events
These items should be induced in any event with a professional entertainment company.

On-line Planer and Consulting
Plan you whole event from the comfort of you own home with our full on-line plan.  Plan the night events, enter in music choice and do not plays, plus more. Then when you are ready to sit down to review the night events we are here for you.
Proper Attire
We set up and tear down in Hyper Entertainment Polo's.  These polo's can be left on for the nights performance or staff can change into Tuxes for any and all formal events
Professional Sound
We have a state of the art sound systems  with professional sound equipment that you will find in other larger venues.  I invite you to go to there web site and see why we work with some of the best equipment in the business.
Insured & Community Member
We are fully insured, licensed Will County business and fully incorporated to the state of IL.  We are also members of the Chamber of Commerce.  There are many fly by night Dj that we all hear about. By seeing that your entertainment company is a business community member you will lower you chance of problems later.

Wireless Microphone
Be able to make any and all speeches and announcements from any where in the room. Make toasts and speeches more personal and picture perfect moments.

Set up & Tear down
All package include this fee to set up and tear for event.  You pay for actual  time of you event and not what happens before or after.
